Istanbul ferry services switch to summer schedule
The summer season for maritime transportation in Istanbul has officially begun today. Under the new schedule implemented by Şehir Hatları, which will be valid until September 6, 2026, an average of 839 daily ferry trips will be operated across 32 routes throughout the city.

SUMMER SCHEDULE GOES INTO EFFECT
Şehir Hatları, a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, has transitioned to its special summer season schedule. The new timetable began on June 29 and will remain in effect until September 6.
Serving millions of passengers throughout the year, the operator will continue its activities during the summer period with scheduled ferry services, as well as tourist cruise programs and intensified transportation to the Princes' Islands.
